Here are some examples of projects that I have been involved in over the last few years across the spectrum of analytics strategy development and delivery, development of operating models and delivery of strategic insights projects.

DATA & ANALYTICS LEAD ON DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME
I was the Data and Analytics Lead for the digital transformation programme for a pan-European retailer for a 12 month period. I was responsible for establishing the data and analytics capability in terms of the people, technologies and processes as well as implementing a data driven approach to digital product development within the client’s London digital hub. That process involved building a series of strong relationships with both the consulting team on the ground and the client team and stakeholders.

DELIVERY LEAD ON STRATEGIC CUSTOMER SEGMENTATION PROJECT
I worked with a European National Lottery company harnessing and integrating both behavioural data and attitudinal data to create a strategic customer segmentation that could be used for both brand/market planning and for direct marketing purposes. Shaped the approach, led the data science team and delivered workshop to client.

STRATEGY ANALYSIS FOR UK RETAILER’S E-COMMERCE OPERATION
Strategic analysis and insights project to evaluate impact of eCommerce channel on high street store performance.

ANALYTICS STRATEGY AND ROADMAP FOR UK GROCERY RETAILER’S E-COMMERCE OPERATION
Worked with the ecommerce leadership and analytics team to define a new digital analytics vision, strategy and roadmap, including technology stack, talent management and demand management and prioritisation processes.

OPERATING MODEL DEVELOPMENT FOR AEROSPACE COMPANY
Development of a new analytics operating model for a large, complex aerospace company. Included development of design principles, proposed organisational structure around a new centre of excellence, (hub and spoke), demand management and delivery process and governance model.
